I kind of figured that this would be the case this week. I am so hungry!!! I am doing everything I know possible not to go next door to the deli and get some salt and vinegar chips. Those are my weakness. I just want salt!!!!
I CAN DO THIS!
My goals for this week:
1. Continue watching my food portions. (there is an evil lemon cake in my kitchen - that is such a huge weakness for me right now. I just have to have a small piece every night after dinner, it's so incredibly yummy!)
2. Workout Tuesday night and Friday night! I have to start disciplining myself to do this. J and I have been walking a little, but not strenuously enough!
3. Chase after Lil'D LOTS!!!
4. Drink at least 6 cups of water at my desk all day at work!
This week and next week will be the hardest because of that time of the month! I have worked so hard to get these 10 pounds off, I have to work even harder to keep it off and keep going down in weight!!!
