I really don't know how this happened. I have been under so much stress this week. That must be why I lost a pound. Lil'D had roseolla all last week. I had to work at home 3 days last week. I had no time to workout and I was so stressed out I ate things like soft tacos from Taco Bell and taquitos from El Pollo Loco.
This is what I am going to do this week:

  1. Drink lots of water!!

  2. Exercise 3 times this week.

  3. Eat healthy!!!!!!

If I keep up what I did last week I'm gonna gain it all back. I have got to take control NOW and really discipline myself!!! I want to succeed and feel good about myself and get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes!!!!

Isn't it amazing how that happens? Take the loss and get back on track next week. You're doing great!
