Weekly weigh in


Ok, So last week I worked out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for 45 minutes each day! I didn't eat as well as I should have. I am having problems with dinner. If time gets away from me hubby and I get fast food. What fast food is good? If I get a salad it is best, but I don't always do that. The salad club at work is awesome. My lunch is always a tasty salad loaded with veggies!!! I have even been very good about the amount of dressing I put on it. NO MORE FAST FOOD!!!! BAD ELLIEMAE!!

So getting to the point:
Weight 1st tuesday (5-1-07)__________178
Weight last tuesday (5-8-07)__________173
Weight wednesday morning (5-16-07)__174

I am trying not to be discouraged because I lost 5 pounds the week before the challenge started. I feel stronger from lifting weights and my stamina is getting better!! I will just keep on it!!

Wow, good for you! And evil fast food! The FDA should really outlaw it, that and chocolate.

Who am I kidding? It wouldn't help!
