2 pounds, Wa-hoo!!! I am so happy for the scale to be going down!!!!!!!
I didn't get to workout last week. My workout consisted of cleaning the house all day on Friday, without sitting down once and going to Magic Mountain and walking around ALL day. Also, when I was in Montana on Monday and Tuesday there was a lot of stair climbing. That counts!!
I was really disappointed at first, because on Saturday morning the scale said 170. The two pounds is probably water weight. That is something I really need to work on. I'm going to do better TODAY!!!!
