I am really happy about maintaining, because I just haven't had the time or the energy to workout. I have been working on a deadline at work. I am so tired when I get home. I use up all my energy to play with my sweet Lil'D. When he goes to bed at 7:30 I just want to veg and be brainless. So, for not working out for two weeks, maintaining is awesome!
Next week we are going on vacation, but guess what I have? A new built in workout. Wanna know what it is? Lil'D is WALKING!!! Yeah. He has been walking good since Saturday! Last night we went to my nephew's graduation party at Dave & Buster's, I was walking everywhere right behind him. I was sweatin' too. So this is my new workout. Chasin' after Lil'D. I can handle that!
I have also been really good about my portions. I just don't eat as much as I used to. The main meal I had problems with is dinner. I just haven't been as hungry as I used to be. Plus, to see these numbers go down is motivation enough not to overeat! Pre-pregnancy clothes here I come! Ok, so not yet, but I can dream!!!!
