I can't believe it!!! I have worked so hard all week long!
I worked out on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday!!! About an hour each day.

For breakfast I have a half of grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon.
For lunch I have a wonderful salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, cheese, corn, black beans, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, a few croutons and mushrooms! I use Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard dressing. Just simply divine!!!
For dinner I am all over the place. I am supposed to be cooking but I just can't get to that point yet. I don't get home till 5:30 or so and J is usually too hungry to wait for me to make something. I need to use my crockpot. Lately I will get a salad from wherever J gets dinner from or chinese. Dinner is what I will be working on next week. To eat a healthier dinner!
I am also going to change my breakfast, I am tired of eggs and bacon. I am going to start drinking a glass of grapefruit juice and having fat free vanilla yogurt with granola and blueberries.
We put him to bed as usual at about 7:45pm or so last night. At about 9:45pm he started cryin' a little. It got worse and worse. J & I brought him into the bed with us and he tossed and turned and whined, then he would fall asleep. It would start all over again. Every time he would cough he would wake up. We gave him some benedryl at about 11:30pm to help him sleep. He finally went to sleep in my arms at about 12:45. I took him to his bed so that I could get some sleep. He would softly cry every now and then, but he would fall back asleep pretty fast. When I got up this morning. I woke him up at the usual time, 6:45. I dressed him and gave him his bottle. He was very hot. I took his temperature and it was 102degrees. I called the advice nurses and they said I should take him back to the doctor.
Lil'D has an ear infection. I wondered yesterday why he wasn't getting better like usual. I took Lil'D to the grocery store and we went to the pharmacy to fill the prescription. She said it would be 20 minutes. I shopped for groceries in the meantime. Lil'D was such a good boy, considering he hadn't had his morning nap yet and he didn't feel good at all. We picked up the prescription and checked out. Once I got back home I pulled the antibiotic out of the bag and they forgot to put the liquid in. I had to go back to the pharmacy because I don't have anything to measure exactly 66 ml. They gave me a $10 gift card. We finally got back home, I gave Lil'D the medicine and fed him a bottle (which he only wanted half) and got him down for his morning nap at 11:15. He is sleeping very soundly now and he will probably sleep for a good 2 to 3 hours. I got to finally eat breakfast too. I was starving!

And today is her birthday!
